The Property:

The property is ideally located just off of Mutley Plain, so you have all local amenities and major travels links you could ever need on your doorstep, making this not only a popular choice with our Plymouth Uni students, but also our Marjon students.

*Most of our tenancy agreements are intended for students. Rent is calculated over a 50-week academic year period, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and applicable legislation. A limited number of student properties may have alternative arrangements, which will be clearly explained before any tenancy agreement is entered into. Our all-inclusive utility rates cover you for a fair usage amount, which has been taken over years of experience with student utility usage in accordance with the current rates. We do not guarantee any permit parking, we advise each of our tenants to check with the local city council themselves, to confirm the parking or permit situation for the relevant property. Full time students will be exempt from council tax. We do not take any form of deposit when you apply for one of our Student properties. On these properties, we will require a holding payment equivalent to 1 week's rent, along with a UK based guarantor.
