Thank you again for choosing us as your accommodation provider, we can’t wait to welcome you to our community! With September quickly approaching, we would just like to remind you about key collection and your first term’s rent. In order for you to collect your keys, we require 48 hours’ notice to ensure your keys are ready for collection (this is due to a high volume of arrivals and we would like to have as much time as possible to hand over keys and run through our check-in procedure).
Keys will be available for collection on 1st September 2024 from 9.30am from our office; 74 North Road East, Plymouth, PL4 6AL.
Our office is open for key collection Monday - Friday from 9.30am - 5.30pm and Saturdays from 10.30am - 4pm; we are closed on Sundays.
Keys do not have to be collected on any specific day or on the 1st of September, they can be collected at any time, on any day during our opening times, we just request that the 48-hour notice is given where possible, and the only thing for you to remember is to bring along an official form of ID (an in-date passport or driving / provisional licence).
We also ask that you please let us know the date you will be able to pay your first rent instalment if you haven’t already done so.
If you have already paid your rent or contacted us regarding any of the above, then please disregard the above rent related instructions.
