Thank you for choosing us as your accommodation provider—we’re excited to have you join our community. With September fast approaching, we’d like to remind you about key collection and your first rent instalment.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before collecting your keys. This helps us prepare for your arrival and ensure everything is ready.
Key collection starts from 1st September 2025
Available between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Collection point: 74 North Road East, Plymouth, PL4 6AL
You don’t have to collect your keys on a specific day—just visit us at your convenience during our office hours. However, please remember to bring a valid form of ID (an in-date passport or driving/provisional licence).
Our office opening hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
If you haven’t already confirmed your first rent payment date, kindly let us know as soon as possible.

Please note that if your tenancy start date is later than 1st September 2025, you will not be able to collect your keys until the start date stated on your agreement.
