Over the last couple of years we've noticed 1 and 2 bed apartments have become our most in demand property type, so to stay ahead of the curve like we always are, we've been working closely with one of our landlords this year to try and bring some ultra exclusive smaller students units to the city. COVID sadly brought some delays to this process, but we're excited to announce that we've finally received the green light from planning to officially bring these to market!
