With Studios being one of the most in demand student property types, we knew it was only right to continue leading the way in Plymouth with how they should be designed. So, we created this Studio over the summer of 2020 and wanted to trump any others that we've worked on before and we achieved just that! Not only is this studio extremely spacious, it's also been stylishly put together, with the tenant at the centre of all decisions. We know storage is a common problem for students, so in this Studio we put in extra kitchen cabinets, and purposely left the space above the bathroom open too, which will store your suitcases and all others bits nicely out of sight. When sprinkling our Student Choice magic we went above and beyond to try and keep some of the beautiful period features that already existed in the property, this even included saving and relocating a grand fireplace, that we managed to restore and re-purpose into a feature wall behind the TV which is the icing on the cake in there! Location wise it's unbeatable! Less than a 2-minute stroll to the Uni, and even closer to North Hill.

* The majority of our contracts are 50 weeks, running from the 1st September 2021 to the 16th August 2022, a very limited amount of our properties offer shorter contracts, the ones that do not, occasional exceptions can be made on a case by case basis, when we refer them directly to the landlord. Our all-inclusive utility rates cover you for a fair usage amount, which has been taken over years of experience with student utility usage in accordance with the current rates. We do not guarantee any permit parking, we advise each of our potential future housemates to check with the local city council themselves, to confirm the parking or permit situation for the relevant property. Full time students will be exempt from council tax. We do not take any form of deposit when you apply for one of our Student properties. On these properties, we require a UK based guarantor, or for a substantial amount of rent to be paid upfront, subject to reference and credit checks.*
